While I very much like the organization of Michelin Green Guides, I sadly note that their accuracy has declined in recent years.

I write as a very heavy user of both Paris and Provence guides, plus a few others. I always buy the most recent, and I’m dismayed to notice inaccuracies in directions in walking tours, for example, are becoming more frequent. These guides need much closer editing.

Further, when it comes to the Provence guide, for the last two guides, at least, the map on the back of the book shows that the guide includes the city of Nîmes, which it no longer does. Nor does it contain information about the Pont du Gard or Uzès, both of which were formerly in the guide. Even the description above in incorrect. This guide does not contain information about the Ardeèche.

Michelin, will these problems be fixed in time for the spring of 2015?
