How does a restaurant get in the red guide?

  2. Michelin_Travel says:

Michelin's team of full-time professional inspectors have a process for selecting establishments to be evaluated, based on a range of criteria for inclusion in the Guides. You are more than welcome to forward the name of a restaurant you recommend that our inspectors visit to michelin.guides@us.michelin.com. Keep in mind that all inspections are anonymous – - you will not receive a response as to when your suggested restaurant will be or was visited!

  3. That's not a bad price for that guide to be honest
